Ray Creates Art ships artwork and products using shipping methods appropriate for the size, weight and type of item being purchased.
Shipping costs and available delivery options are shown during checkout whenever applicable.
WHERE WE SHIP
Ray Creates Art currently ships to eligible addresses within Canada and the United States.
Available shipping destinations may vary depending on the product.
If your location is not available during checkout, please contact Ray Creates Art before placing your order.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges are calculated or assigned based on factors such as:
Destination · Product type · Package size · Weight · Packaging requirements
Some products may use flat-rate shipping while others may have different rates depending on the destination.
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders require processing before shipment.
Processing time varies depending on the product and may be longer for handmade, custom, personalized or made-to-order items.
Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.
When possible, tracking information will be provided after an order has been shipped.
ORIGINAL ARTWORK
Original artwork requires careful packaging and may require additional preparation before shipment.
Larger pieces may have different shipping costs or processing times because of their dimensions, weight and packaging requirements.
Where applicable, these costs will be reflected during checkout or communicated before shipment.
ART LUDIBOARDS
ArtLudiboards are larger handmade art objects that require protective packaging.
Because of their size, weight and resin-finished surfaces, Ludiboards may have different shipping rates from smaller products such as prints or apparel.
Custom Ludiboards may also require additional production time before they are ready to ship.
CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Custom artwork, commissions, personalized apparel, custom Ludiboards and other made-to-order products will not ship until production is complete.
Any estimated completion date discussed for custom work is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, tracking information may be sent to the email address provided with your order.
Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier after the package has been accepted into its network.
Please allow time for newly created tracking information to become active.
DELIVERY TIMES
Any delivery estimate provided by Ray Creates Art or a shipping carrier is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date, except where expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, customs, service interruptions and other circumstances outside the studio’s control.
Your rights under applicable consumer-protection law are not affected by this provision.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Please review your address carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error, contact Ray Creates Art as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to redirect or recover it.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If tracking shows unusual delays or your package appears to be lost, contact Ray Creates Art so the shipment can be reviewed.
Carrier investigations may be required before a replacement or refund can be considered.
If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery area and with other members of the household or building before contacting us.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, keep the item and its original packaging.
Take clear photographs of:
The damaged item · Exterior packaging · Interior packaging · Shipping label
Then contact Ray Creates Art as soon as reasonably possible.
These photographs may be needed to determine what happened and to make a claim with the shipping carrier.
CANADA & U.S. ORDERS
Canadian and U.S. orders may have different shipping rates because carrier costs vary significantly by destination, package size and product.
For shipments crossing the Canada–U.S. border, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or other government/carrier fees may apply.
Unless checkout specifically states otherwise, any such charges imposed on import are the customer’s responsibility.
COMBINED ORDERS
Products in the same order may occasionally require different packaging or shipment methods.
For example, a print or shirt may not be suitable for shipment in the same package as a large original artwork or resin-finished Ludiboard.
When necessary, an order may therefore arrive in more than one package.
