These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit RayCreatesArt.com, purchase products, place orders, participate in auctions or giveaways, request custom work, or otherwise use services offered through the website.
By using the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and any applicable policies referenced on the site.
PRODUCTS & ARTWORK
Ray Creates Art offers products that may include:
Original Artwork · Art Prints · ArtLudiboards · Apparel & Wearable Art · Custom Artwork & Commissions · Personalized Products · Auction Items · Other Artist-Designed Products
Many pieces are handmade, individually produced or one of a kind.
Small variations in colour, texture, finish or appearance may occur, particularly with handmade artwork and resin-finished products.
Screen and monitor settings can also affect how colours appear online.
PRICING
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and may change without notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other costs will be shown during checkout where required.
Changing the price of a product does not change the price of an order that has already been validly completed, except where correction is permitted or required by applicable law.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Payment must be successfully completed using an available payment method before an order is considered paid.
Ray Creates Art may contact you if additional information is reasonably required to process an order.
An automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean an order has shipped or that custom work has begun.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Original artwork and certain artist-created products may exist as only one available piece.
Inventory errors can occasionally occur, particularly when products are offered through more than one sales channel.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Ray Creates Art will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include cancellation and refund of the affected item.
CUSTOM ART & COMMISSIONS
Custom artwork and commissions are created according to the details agreed upon between the customer and Ray Creates Art.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, reference material and instructions.
Where an approval is requested during the creative process, production may continue based on that approval.
Changes requested after work has begun may affect the completion time and may result in additional charges if they substantially change the original request.
Custom and personalized work is generally final sale, subject to applicable law and the Refunds & Returns Policy.
CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED IMAGES
When providing photographs, logos, artwork or other material for a custom order, you confirm that you have the necessary permission or rights to provide that material for the requested use.
Ray Creates Art may decline a custom request when the supplied material cannot reasonably or lawfully be used.
AUCTIONS
Some artwork may be offered through auctions on RayCreatesArt.com.
By placing a bid, you are making a genuine offer to purchase the auction item if your bid becomes the winning bid.
The highest valid bid at the close of an auction will normally be considered the winning bid.
Winning bidders must complete payment within the payment period shown for the auction or communicated after the auction ends.
If payment is not completed within the required period, Ray Creates Art may cancel the winning purchase and determine how the item will subsequently be offered.
Attempts to manipulate bidding, interfere with an auction or place fraudulent bids may result in bids being cancelled and access to future auctions being restricted.
Completed auction purchases are generally final sale, subject to applicable law and the Refunds & Returns Policy.
GIVEAWAYS & PROMOTIONS
Giveaways, contests and promotional events may have their own eligibility requirements, deadlines and rules.
Where separate rules are provided, those rules apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
No purchase will be required where prohibited by applicable law.
Ray Creates Art may disqualify entries involving fraud, manipulation, automated abuse or failure to meet the stated eligibility requirements.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Purchases are generally final sale unless there is an eligible problem with the order or applicable law provides otherwise.

SHIPPING
Shipping availability, costs, processing and delivery information are described in the Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, artwork, designs, photographs, graphics, branding and other original creative material displayed on RayCreatesArt.com remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holder.
Purchasing an original artwork, print or product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
A purchased artwork may be owned physically by the customer while copyright in the underlying artwork remains with the artist unless those rights are separately transferred in writing.
Artwork and designs may not be reproduced, copied, commercially printed, resold as reproductions, used to create merchandise, or otherwise commercially exploited without permission from the applicable rights holder.
WEBSITE IMAGES
Images displayed on RayCreatesArt.com are provided so visitors can view and purchase artwork and products.
Website images may not be downloaded or reproduced for unauthorized commercial use.
Ray Creates Art may use watermarks or other measures to discourage unauthorized reproduction.
